A little about me- the maker, the dreamer, the creator of all things on this site-I make everything myself.  Although I don't design my clothes.  Using sewing patterns from brilliant pattern makers is how I create.  I tag them in my social media posts, giving them credit too- Always.  Same with the fabric makers.  They're all artists and deserve to be recognized.  Boom.

My sewing background stretches far far back to when my mom taught me at a young age.  I wasn't interested in sewing back then, in fact I didn't buy my own sewing machine until I was in my 20s.  But sewing has always been with me, this whole time.  

It wasn't until after I had Rio- my daughter, my love, my muse that I started sewing pretty regularly.  Making clothes for her.  Then it hit me, my dream boutique I've been dreaming and fantasizing about since my cringing 20s has finally become reality.  My love for sewing her clothes, the support from my fantastic wife, the finances of both of our incomes, it all made sense, and felt right.  It was ABOUT TIME I opened it.  And I did, I opened my very own handmade children's clothing shop on Etsy.  3 years of making kids clothes and dang it, it's pretty great.
